Jessy Mendiola (Jessica Mendiola Tawile in real life) was born on the 3rd of December, 1992. Her father is a British-Lebanese while her mother is a pure Filipina. She was born in the United Arab Emirates and is the second of three siblings. When she was three years old, her mom together with her siblings moved to the Philippines as their parents separated.It is said though that their communication lines are open.

Jessy Mendiola is already a known face in the commercial and print advertisement industry due to her alluring face and beautiful skin. She was then introduced as one of the 18 hopefuls of Star Magic Batch 15. She appeared in TV shows mostly playing teenybopper roles like in Abt Ur Luv, Abt Ur Luv Ur Lyf 2, Astigs in Lovin' Life, Volta, Your Song presents Boystown, Midnight DJ, George and Cecil, Katorse, Kung Tayo'y Magkakalayo, Gimik 2010 and ASAP Rocks.
